The form is short. Required: your phone and the city where the car is, make, model and year (instead of typing them you can attach photos of both sides of the registration document), mileage with its unit, drivetrain (“unknown” is a valid answer), the condition of the car and whether it runs, plus your desired price and currency.

Everything else is optional: engine size and fuel type, transmission, trim and photos; the VIN is required for the quick preliminary estimate when you enter the car details manually — if you upload photos of the registration document it is not needed, and in the detailed form it stays optional. These are not legal requirements but valuation inputs — the fuller the picture, the more accurate the reference.

This is about where the vehicle is registered, not about a person’s citizenship. The owner of a Russian-registered car may hold any citizenship — and equally, a Russian citizen may own a car registered in Georgia.
